To give you an overview of our shipping process, please follow the steps below:

  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 days to reach you.
  • Once you confirm your order, we begin preparing the items, which takes about 2 days for packing.
  • You will receive a tracking number promptly, and you can track your shipment's progress on 17track.

To ensure full transparency, here's how you can access the COA for our products:

  • Contact your Exclusive Manager to obtain the complete COA report for our product.
  • You can also have the product tested by any third-party institution for further verification.
  • Our product has a purity of over 99% and is subjected to strict quality control standards.
  • If the purity does not meet specifications, we immediately discard the batch.
  • For your convenience, part of the COA reports are displayed on the homepage.

To ensure quality assurance and transparency, our third-party testing refund policy operates as follows:

  • Independent third-party laboratory testing is permitted for verification purposes.
  • The official lab report must clearly reference PeptideMakers / peptidemakers.com as the supplier.
  • If verified purity is below 99%, you may apply for a refund for the tested batch.
  • The tested sample must originate from an unopened product supplied by us.
  • Refund requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with our standard refund policy.

In the event of customs inspection or detention, we offer the following resolution options:

  • If a shipment is permanently held, customers may choose either a free reshipment or a full refund.
  • The final resolution is arranged based on customer preference and case review.
  • We work with experienced logistics providers to minimize risk.
  • Customers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

Our minimum order requirements are structured as follows:

  • The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one box per product.
  • Bulk or customized production orders may require higher minimum quantities.

Private label services are available under the following conditions:

  • Factory customization requires a minimum order of 500 small vials (50 boxes).
  • Only a limited number of products support full external labeling services.
  • Most products support custom printing but not external label application.
  • External labeling may significantly increase the likelihood of customs inspection or detention.
  • We recommend consulting our support team before placing bulk customization orders.
