All orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong, China.

We work closely with leading international logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure fast and reliable worldwide delivery.

Shipping is not free.
International shipping fees typically start at around USD $75, depending on the product type, quantity, and destination. Final shipping costs will be calculated based on your order.

Important:
The shipping fee already includes customs clearance, duties, and applicable taxes, so customers only need to pay:

There are no additional hidden charges upon delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing your items.
Order processing and packaging usually take 2 business days.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number promptly.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local courier operations.

Returns and Refunds

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Third-Party Purity Verification & Refunds

If a customer wishes to conduct independent third-party laboratory testing, the following conditions must be strictly followed in order to qualify for a purity-based refund:

1. Testing Requirements

The product must be tested by a qualified, independent third-party laboratory.

The official laboratory report must clearly state the tested product name and explicitly reference “PeptideMakers” or “peptidemakers.com” as the supplier.

Reports that do not include our company name will not be eligible for refund review.

2. Purity Standard

If verified third-party testing confirms that the product purity is below 99%, customers may request a full refund for the tested product.

3. Documentation Submission

The complete, unedited laboratory report must be submitted to our official support email (peptidemakers@outlook.com) for verification.

After sending is complete, please contact our customer service manager to confirm that the email has been sent.

We reserve the right to independently confirm the authenticity of the laboratory and testing results.

4. Sample Integrity

The tested sample must originate directly from an unopened product supplied by PeptideMakers.

Any evidence of tampering, improper storage, or third-party handling may void eligibility.

5. Refund Scope

Refunds apply only to the specific batch tested and verified below the stated purity standard.

Shipping fees (including customs clearance charges) are non-refundable.

Upon verification and approval, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund timeframe policy.

This policy ensures transparency, protects both customers and our brand integrity, and allows us to maintain documented third-party quality validation.

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are typically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
